Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into the search boxes are sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. This site does not keep a copy of those search entries on its own servers. If you contact us, the message and any details you include are used to answer the request.

California's Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 and following, can provide covered consumers rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive-information use, and opt out of sale or sharing, subject to its exceptions. The DELETE Act, Civil Code sections 1798.99.80 and following, adds broker obligations. These rights do not give this private reference control over records held by California, San Bernardino County, or Yucaipa offices. A correction or removal request for a deed, court docket, voter record, vital record, or assessment item belongs with the custodian that created it. California's 2026 Delete Request and Opt-out Platform addresses registered data brokers, not lawful government records.
